  • We specialise in planning Food Truck Weddings and Events. We provide you with all your food truck catering needs but fill in any gaps to make your special day run smoothly. Anything from Food, Drinks, Wait staff , set up and pack down plus a lot more.

  • HCTT started in 2016 and was the result of our founder (Catie) having worked as a wedding photographer and an event and client manager for the food truck industry.

    Having received many requests for food trucks to cater at weddings Catie would spend her weekends stressing about how the wedding was going, and if everyone got fed in time, so she, along with her sister Pia, took control, combined her skills, gathered a great team of suppliers and the rest is history.

    Why our staff? They have the experience with food trucks, know how it all works and they are there from start to end. (not just a few hours) And they are awesome and helpful humans.

  • After many years in the food truck industry we have collected a group of Melbournes best food trucks. Tried and tested at many events, we have a high standard when it comes to food so we keep our selection of food trucks to 60(ish) of the best. Our food truck vendors are professional and tasty! A typical wedding will have 8 - 12 food trucks to choose from. You don’t get that menu variety at many venues. Plus they are much more fun!

  • We offer flexible pricing based on venue, location and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote and aim to stick to your budget.

    Our base requirement is a package with food truck/s, wait and or bar staff and event management which includes an on the day coordinator - we feel these are the basics needed to run things well!

  • Food trucks have a minimum spend that typically feeds 50 - 60 people. We also require Event Management and our staff (bar or wait staff) as part of your day, that way we can do a stellar job and keep guests happy.

  • Our packages include both canapés and mains. We discuss the menu with you once we have a selection of food trucks for your date and we help you curate the menu so you have the best variety and combination possible.

    You could be tasting the flavours of the world in one day, from Pizza to Vietnamese to Texan BBQ and many others in between.

  • YES!! Absolutely. GF, DF VEG, V and any other combination of letters are catered for.

    The only tricky ones are any anaphylactic guests . As Food trucks are mobile they are are not dedicated kitchens. Cross contamination can occur so guest with anaphylactic reactions are recommended to source an alternative meal. (sorry peeps, but we like to keep you safe)

  • We sure do. Seated service with food trucks is complex, in particular with more than 1 truck. …. do not attempt this on your own! There is a lot more planning and staff involved so get in touch if this is what you want to achieve.

  • Our Bar and wait staff will take care of your guests. Having them means food comes out faster and guests are present at the party rather than waiting for food at a food truck and missing those special moments.

    They help identify any guests with dietary requirements, walk food around, clear any mess, maintain the area, restock the bar and run around so you can be present in the moment.

  • If its a wedding cake for dessert we would love to carve that sweet thing up for you. Or if you are after something else just let us know so we can make it happen.

  • Yes we can. We are licenced to provide alcohol at private events.

  • We have some flexibility as we can work anywhere, but for some good solid planning you’d want us locked in between 6 to 9 months prior to your date. A year is even better, in particular if you need us to coordinate many wedding vendors.

  • We love a farm wedding! Its what we do best. Keep in mind they can be a pricy experience if you don’t have all the infrastructure required. Thats where a phone call to us will come in handy so we can create a comprehensive quote without the surprise at the end.

  • Venue, celebrant, photographer and music. If you need it all they we are your first stop.
